Ingredients
1 pound potato gnocchi
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 ounces gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float to the surface.
Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add gorgonzola cheese and stir until melted and combined.
Add the heavy cream to the pan and stir to create a creamy sauce.
Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan and toss until coated with the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
