Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound potato gnocchi
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float to the surface.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add gorgonzola cheese and stir until melted and combined.
  • Add the heavy cream to the pan and stir to create a creamy sauce.
  • Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan and toss until coated with the sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
