Ingredients

  • 1 pound tagliatelle pasta

  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 pound mussels, cleaned and debearded

  • 1/2 pound calamari, cleaned and sliced

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 cup white wine

  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the tagliatelle pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp, mussels, and calamari to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and the mussels start to open.
  • Pour in the white wine and diced tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  • Toss the cooked tagliatelle pasta with the seafood sauce and chopped parsley.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot.
